In addition to the powerful look, the almost 143 cm wide rear wing of Perl Carbon ensures enormous contact pressure on the rear axle, which noticeably improves driving behavior and road holding. In addition, the approximately 20 cm wider wing compared to the original enhances the high-quality, sporty appearance of the vehicle. He is extremely light and at the same time very stable.
The production of the perfectly coordinated rear wing is done in elaborate handwork and testifies to the highest quality and many years of experience. The wing is made of real carbon, the receiving feet and reinforcing elements are milled from high-strength aluminum (EN AW-7075), which is also used in aviation. This makes a use on the racetrack to a brand new, sporting experience.
One advantage is the very simplified installation of the carbon rear spoiler.
Due to the perfectly adapted molded part (carbon counter-plate) no elaborate assembly of the rear wing is more necessary and moreover an extreme stability and strength guaranteed.
The rear wing has three different settings:
Setting position 1 (flat) is permitted without front aerodynamic parts.
Adjustment positions 2 (medium) and 3 (steep) are only permitted in conjunction with front aerodynamic parts (for example our front spoiler blade [item no .: 20645PE], front spoiler corners or the original BMW M4 performance sword).
